My bio:

I am currently an Interactive Design Coordinator at Merck & Co., Inc. in Rahway, New Jersey, on assignment for Cella. Merck is a pharmaceutical manufacturer and distributor with locations worldwide. My current responsibilities include researching new and emerging technologies as well as designing projects that focus on design and production of interactive detail aids, iPads, XR, and presentation for use at congresses worldwide.

 

I was born in Reading, Pennsylvania in 1965 and spent many years of my childhood growing up in small towns in Northeast Pennsylvania. I worked full time for several years as a lighting technician/designer for Target Tours Inc. My duties included designing and construction of light rigging as well as executing the full show. I attended college from 1990 to 1992 at the Art Institute of Philadelphia to recieve my Associates Degree in Specialized Technology. After graduating I took a position at a company called Medical Education Systems in Doylestown, Pa. My duties included logo and brochure design. In late 1993 I left Medical Education Systems to go to work for Hess's Department Store as a Graphic Designer in the advertising department. My design responsibilities included photo shoot concepts and set ups with live models and retail items, as well as catalog layouts and design for print collateral. In 1994 I took an entry level graphic design position with Merck & Co. Inc. I attended the Art Institute of Pittsburgh from 2008 to 2013 where he recieved my Bachelors of Science Degree in Graphic Design.


I have a wife and child and enjoys running and recording music and videos as his hobbies.
